December last year will testify to what
a ridiculously talented singer-guitarist Russ Tippins is!
From the moment he dramatically opened with the
fast-finger-picking Misirlou from Pulp Fiction, we knew
we were in for a very
special treat!
Russ loved performing in Newton’s intimate Village
Hall and we are so lucky to get him back – in between
his national and
international tour commitments! – for what promises to be another brilliant
night of
acoustic and electric covers of David Bowie, The Eagles, Fleetwood
Mac, Neil Young, Jimi Hendrix,
Supertramp, ELO, Sparks, and many more!
